Kameron Welch

Kameron Welch is a First year Jayhawk majoring in journalism with a minor in film and media studies. He became a member of Dr. Wade's research team through the Emerging Scholars program and has always held a deep fascination with language. Kameron is learning a lot in his time in the lab and is working to grow his understanding of linguistics every day. Outside of linguistics, Kameron enjoys watching movies, playing video games, and reading comic books, hoping one day to become a writer. He appreciates his experiences in the lab and the amazing mentors he's been introduced to who have fostered his love of language and research!
